Most builders hand you a key and a stack of warranty cards. We hand you your home’s entire permanent record — the binder we built alongside the house.
‘We’ll get to it’ is how builders disappear at the finish line. Final payment is due at Substantial Completion — when you can live in and use the home, even with minor punch items open — and every one of those items still gets a date and is closed in writing within 30 days.
